The Sims 4 stopped working

I downloaded all of the sims 4 from games4theworld and followed all instructions but my game keeps crashing. I have done deleting the sims 4 folder in documents. I have also tried deleting the game folder in sims 4. I have tried uninstalling and installing all of the packs until fitness stuff. I could not play longer than 20 mins before it would start to crash. I have also disabled my antivirus, I have tried system config, I tried running my pc in windows 8 compatible, I have tried so many things but nothing seem to work. help pls

Have you checked/cleaned the ventilationslots on your PC/laptop ?
