The sims 3 : Cannot connect to Origin , game crashes ! [SOLVED]

i've installed all the sims 3 expansion packs and so for the stuff packs. i've applied all the cracks according to the instructions in The Sims 3 Ultimate Fix from games4theworld. when i was trying to update the sims 3 from the game launcher, it said "cannot connect to Origin".

the second problem is, i ran the game and it said "it looks like you've installed the unofficial game modification that does not match your current game version..." but then i hit continue button, and the game started normally until i clicked the build mode then the game suddenly crashed and frozen.

Please help me to solve this problem cause i've been hoping to play this game since a long time ago.

Well, if you don't update the game, the Fix will not work at all, so you first need to apply all steps from the Fix correctly in order to solve all other problems.

After that continue following the steps that come with the Fix.
