When I double click on it to open it, it says " Unable to start: Can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system. Please check that the video card meets the minimum specifications and that the latest video drivers are installed." PLEASE HELP WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!! I REALLY WANT TO PLAY!

Is your pc able to meet the system requirements? If yes, check that your drives are up-to-date, especially your graphic drivers.
