Unplayable Sims 4 due to Crashing.

okay my problem was fixed by waiting ONE HOUR and now it says download to use on Vampires.

I downloaded the sims 4, installed it followed guide etc. There is no CC and its a clean install besides from the screens at the beginning about the expansions which crashed and never returned. So let's begin.

When I boot the game, it runs normal, right up to the final message where it crashes to a halt for about 5 minutes. Then, it forces me to the desktop so I open it from the taskbar and it says Pack Download in Process for Vampires. I tried re-installing vampires and setting graphics lower for the slowdown and running in compatibility mode windows 8. Please help meh.

This means that the folders The Sims 4 in Program Files and in Documents\Electronic Arts are not consistant.
Rename the folder The Sims 4 in Documents\Electronic Arts to The Sims 4_old.
Then start your game again as an Administrator.

If you want to revert this action:
Delete the newly created folder The Sims 4 from Documents\Electronic Arts
Rename The Sims 4_old to The Sims 4 again.

Still not working, game slowed down on fitness stuff again then said download to use...

You said you re-installed Vampires. Did you also re-install the Parenthood and Fitness?

Yes I executed step seven and I will try re-installing fitness ant parenthood now.

Here is a video of the game on my ssd. It was crashing when the fitness expansion message disappeared.

Download THIS FOLDER
Extract with Winrar.
Now rename your The Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic arts to The Sims 4_old
Place the downloaded and extracted folder De Sims 4 in Documents\Electronic Arts
Adapt the folder name to the language you are playing in (The Sims 4,Les Sims, Los Sims, Die Sims aso)
(This folder is based on having all DLC's intalled, so most probably you will receive some kind of message like this)

At least your game should now start.

Alright. If I find a fix for pack download I will edit this post.

Edit: Bowling not installed either. I think I downloaded the pack because it only has delta folder. Sorry!

Edit 2.0: I fixed it with re-downloading the Toddlers, Vampires and Bowling. You guys can close this thread.
