City living unplayable. [SOLVED]

I have 2 issues! 

1. When I play my game, the city living world, doesn't have a name. but rather the EP icon. and when I get in game some interactions in game dont have names at all, and the boxes that appear for the social media career are blank to!

2. When I create a household and move it in, I can play it. however when I leave the game (Save and Exit) I come back, and when I click my household, its unplayable, Let me explain. I click on the household and click play. I loads and immediately brings me back to the world select. This pretty much makes my game unplayable.

I would LOVE a fix for this, as it is very annoying, and my game appears broken. I did follow the install guide. It was pretty simple. but. Behold, my game still ended up broken.
