Can't download toddlers vampires & bowling stuff?

I don't know if i'm dumb af or if i'm really tired but i just can't download toddlers vampires & bowling stuff. When i try to download it it just says "The Sims 4 Update v1.29.69.1020.zip" and i don't think that's right? or? Anyhow, in my sims 4 folder it's just two files named UserData.lock and UserSetting. Where's my game folder? So insted i put the The Sims 4 Update v1.29.69.1020 folder into Program and then tried to click the TS4 thingy and they say "you're missing something blabla". But when i tried to click it right now it didn't say anything. I'm not even sure if thats the right place to click something? It seems like the whole thing is a setup to Sims 4: City Living. It says so in the installation guide..

I'm sorry if i'm not making any sense, i can't understand me either now! I feel like such a brat but i just don't get where i did wrong? Especially with the toddler thingy??!! I did a thing wrong tho, i installed The Sims 4 Update v1.29.69.1020.zip before City Living. Might that be why?

Did you install the (Games4theworld) Sims 4 releases in the following order?
Base game -> Get to Work -> Get together -> City living?

Please see also the guide here for further details on the install procedure; don't forget to delete (or move out) the "Game"-folder after you install City Living. After doing so, you can safely apply the Toddlers/Vampires/Bowling update.

yeah it comes as an update i just renamed my download to save confusion

I think we both have the same problem here, after i downloaded the Sims 4 Toddlers and Vampires update for 5 times already and it's still corrupted, it only has 1 file in it, that's named "Data", and there's no game folder. I can't extract the zip file. How did you extract yours?
