Looking at parts

I looked up all the configurations and it looks good so far, I think. I
wonder how you want to get 8GB RAM for just 39,90 , but OK.
I recommend not cutting on the CPU and Motherboard, as these are the most important components of your PC.
The GPU looks good for Skyrim:

Also, from my experience, I can tell you that it is best - since you
want the lowest price as possible - to search the product name on
www.google.nl and look on links like Vergelijk.nl . See which shop(s)
are the cheapest, but still trustworthy.

The HDD you have chosen is 2TB on one 3.5" disk. The speed of this HDD
is 5900 RPM. (Rotations per minute) The speed of a "normal" 3.5" HDD is
7200 RPM. The speed of a "normal" 2.5" HDD for (e.g.) laptops is 5200
RPM.
Conclusion: the HDD you have chosen is a "green" HDD, but that means
it'll rotate/perform slower than an average HDD. Also, if the HDD ever
fails, you'll lose all your 2TB data.
I recommend getting two 1TB (7200 RPM) HDD's. You can use both of them,
or use one to backup the other one. (RAID mode) I think you'll have
plenty of space for all your games, video's and photo's on 1TB, don't
worry about that.

The CPU looks good enough too, with 3.3GHz and 6 cores. From what I've read it's very overclock-friendly, although I don't think you're going to need that.

The Motherboard should do for a while (read: few years).
As for the casing; you don't need a really expensive one. Max €75,- should do just fine. If you really want to know what the casing looks like, I recommend going to a PC store to see some showmodels. Try THIS
to get an idea of some cases. They have really nice ones for not too much money.

As for the HD, I plan to keep a lot on my external HD, I've also looked at the 1,5 TB, but that's only 15 euro's cheaper than the 2 TB. But nothing's final yet, I'm still looking. Though I think I would be very pleased with the CPU and videocard.

Yes, I do believe you about the price. Just wondering about the quality. 8 GB for 40,- ...
1,5 TB same story. I really recommend sticking to 1 TB for now. If it's not enough, you can always upgrade to more, right? Since you have a eHDD already, 1TB should be way more than needed.

Usually, average RAM is about 20-30 Euros per GB. (DDR3)
And really, you don't want to buy everything from Alternate. I know it's easier, but you can get things way cheaper. I got all my stuff from different (online) shops for the lowest price possible. The price difference was a few Euros up to like one hundred Euro!

I forgot to mention, I usually don't by an internal HDD. I buy these cheap eHDD (Western Digital) from MediaMarkt and then pull off the case. Inside it there's an internal HDD which you can build into your PC.
Why I do this? I don't know, it seems cheaper, although I'm not sure whether these might be 5200 RPM's, considering the (cheaper) price.

Haha, that's actually what I have been doing all my life. Never, ever, bought an internal HDD.
Stores like MediaMarkt buy these (specific model, usually Western Digital) eHDD's in bulks, which results in a lower price for the buyer.
