I cannot connected on The Sims 4 gallery/community ! [SOLVED]

I have a great desire to play this game, since I was little I always want to play The Sims 4, but from financial scarcity I downloaded the game from this forum free and I want to thank all those who have collaborated on this forum to introduce the game on this Forum, you are cool people ! But now I have a little problem and I would need help, please ! I tip my fedora.

I cannot connected on The Sims 4 v1.31.37.1020 at gallery/community through the home platform Origin, please help me!
Or I get the error ''d3382ced:984c6a38:00000000'' or ''Unable to start up'', it just does not open or connect with Origin or not open ! Why God.

I have not update v1.33.38.1020...

Hi! I have bad news for you... if you have the cracked version from there, you can't access the gallery only if you have the legit version of the game WhatDidUJustCallMe?

However, you can request some lots or sims from the gallery here or there's a list here with a lot of fulfilled requests Smile

To find out if it's already fulfilled just scroll through the Gallery list I linked before. Or press Ctrl+F and start type the keywords. If it's not there you can go request it. But before you do that you should read the rules. Or check the FAQs.
