I moved your topic to the right section (and into a new thread, since we prefer users opening new topics for their issues). There has been another thread earlier, I believe here:

I think the gist of this was, that the user had an earlier version of the game installed, and it did not uninstall properly. Did you ever install a "Zoo Tycoon 2" game before, on that same computer as you are using now?

Also note that you can send an e-mail/private message to a Moderator, if after 24 hours of you posting a topic on the Forum, nobody replied and you still needed Support. Smile
