"Could not locate this item" when trying to load rooms in the gallery [SOLVED]

I downloaded some rooms and while they do show up in the gallery when i click on them a message pops up saying "Could not locate this item". The rooms also don't appear in build mode in the rooms section. What can i do about this?

Hi there,

Is it a lot or just like a single room? If you'd link, you can post the link here or rather the name of the room you're trying to place and I'll test to see if mine has the same error.

Take note however, the latest version is 1.33, and if you had not updated to Toddler's stuff yet, do so and see if you're able to place them.

I updated just now to Toddler's Stuff but no,still the same thing WhatDidUJustCallMe?

They're seperate rooms not a lot, i think lots are working. For example one of the rooms I downloaded is from Dinha-gamer called "Kitchen with Laundry". Thanks for your reply!!

Hey,

So I tested with the room you gave me and I was able to built the room. However, some items had been removed. I'm guessing, this is actually because of the original item missing. Try opening up the gallery and under advanced -> include custom content.

Hey!!
So midway writing this post,taking screenshots, i checked my tray folder again to see if there's something wrong there. And there was... missing documents for some reason.. I installed them and everything fine now. The most obvious thing i should have checked first. Thanks so much for your effort though it's very appreciated! Sorry for the inconvenience!
