Sims 4- City not showing in the World Map [SOLVED]

I have had sims 4 installed for 2 years and I never had problems, but somehow now that I have installed the last pack Toddler Stuff, problems keep coming up. First it said the game I had installed wasn't the same version as the base game- and I cannot find a solution in here as the Ultimate Fix seems to be outdated for some time now.
Now the game seems to start okay, there's no pop up messages, but the city that came with the expansion City Living does not appear in the map of wordls when I'm trying to load the family I play with- even though the other families I played with in other cities from the world appear normally. 
What should I do?

Delete the existing folder Game from your install folder Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4.
Download THIS FOLDER
Extract with Winrar and place this folder Game in your install folder.
Start your game as an Administrator

Of course it's also possible that you haven't installed City Living.
