Sims 4 won't load

Hey!
So I downloaded the Sims 4 base game + all of the expansions and followed the guide here on the website to install them correctly. I've tried to use both the 32 and 64-bit with the same results: I can open the game, and I either get stuck where I have to click through all the introductions about the expansion/stuff packs, or before that when it's loading. I'm not getting any error messages or anything. Any ideas on how to fix this?

*I tried the error 3 fix anyways because it was also starting up in spanish, and nothing changed.

Download THIS FOLDER
Extract with Winrar
Delete the existing folder Game from your install folder Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4, replace with the downloaded folder.

Still problems ?
Download NEW PROGRESS FOLDER
Extract with Winrar
Rename your folder The Sims 4 (or whatever name in your language) in Documents\Electronic Arts to The Sims 4_old
Replace with this downloaded folder. (rename to your langauge of course)

All OK now ?
Copy your Tray and Saves from The Sims 4_old to the new folder The Sims 4

I tried both of those things, and it still doesn't load. Sometimes, when I exit, it says "minidump analyzer.exe the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application"

I also have 2 sims 4 folders in documents/electronic arts - los sims 4 and the sims 4.

i just need the english one, as i don't speak spanish

The original Toddlers Stuff had a Game folder in Spanish.
It required an additional update (error 3)

Have you tried running the game in compatibility mode/troubleshooter and see if it's able to load?
