Unable to start

Hi there,

I followed all the instructions and have all the files in the correct place as far as I know, but when i try to start it up I get: 

Unable to start:

The contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of The Sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via Origin to play.

I previously had the main game on origins but uninstalled everything before I started this.

I have the same error.
I had base game (and it worked fine) from this site,but i didnt rly play coz there was no toddlers. Anyway today i decided to install expansions and packs but unfortunately I installed Update-only ultimate fix...and it worked but when I tried to install expansions after that i was unable to start game. So I uninstalled everything and tried to install base game again, but its unable to start now.
I rly dont know what to do now...
