Dragon age: Origins...online?

Yo yo yo! Is it possible to do online play with the provided download? I want to try it out to play with my bud to see if I actually like it or not before I potentially waste money on it.

In general, you cannot use any online features whatsoever with pirated games. Neither with Dragon Age: Origins, nor with practically all other games as well. You are limited to singleplayer features, as for the rest, I'm afraid you would have to purchase the game.

If you are willing to give it a shot, Origin are doing every now and then free giveaways of (mostly older) game titles. I remember a few years ago, there was a free giveaway of that game. And periodically, those games that were given away in the past, tend to re-occur in future giveaways.

No problem. In general, maybe it could be an idea to get hold of torrented copies first, before you make a decision to actually purchase the game legally (in order to get multiplayer-access)? That's what I at least tend to do.
