Question about uninstalling dlc from The Sims4. [SOLVED]

Hello  im new to the forum and i installed the Sims4 from Games4theworld a few days ago except Toddlers Stuff.
So far the game is running great and thank you for providing us access to the game for free! However i'm playing on a laptop and i feel like the game characters freeze sometimes even with most of my settings on low so i decided i want to delete at least one DLC to see if that fixes the issue, considering that i tried everything else and it doesn't really help.

My question is - if i delete the vampire dlc ( which i dont really care for ) will that get rid of the Toddlers as well? Because i wanted to keep them in game
I already read your thread about uninstalling individual dlcs im just unsure if deleting Vampires will also make the Toddlers patch disappear from my game

The easiest and safest way to - temporarily - delete a DLC is via the Install folder The Sims 4\Game\Bin.
Open the file RldOrigin.ini with notepad.
Say you want to stop Vampires from running.
Scroll all the way down to IID132, put a semi-colon in front of that line. Do the same with ETG132 and GRP132.
Save the file and start your game.
You will now notice that Vampires is greyed out.

Whenever you want Vampires again in your game, simply remove the 3 semi-colons and save the file.

You can do the same with all stuff packs if you want.
Should you wish to play base game only, simply alter the line CNT=138 to CNT=0

Bear in mind that when you install Toddler Stuff, the new Game folder will overwrite the adapted folder RldOrigin.ini so you have to repeat these exclusions again.

Thanks Tuscon your reply was very helpful  Do you know if i disable vampires will Toddlers disappear from my game as well? ( since when i downloaded the pack in G4TW it said Vampires & Toddlers so i assume they belong to the same pack?) 
And will that clear space on my laptop or will it only improve the game untill i enable it again?

No, Toddlers and all DLC's without a semi colon still exist.
No it will not clear disk space on your laptop, but it might improve the game requiring somewhat less memory.
If you want to clear disk space, move the downloads to an external drive or suitable USB stick
