Freezing game after downloading todders, tried ec3 fix no luck :(

Basically the above problem with a slight difference...

I managed to get into my game once but I had none of the expansion packs, it said I had to wait for them to download?
So I tried using the ec3 fix (the one for if it started in spanish) but no luck
Now my game starts and it starts loading it starts and then on the loading screen where you see the plumbob and some hints and tips about the game it seems to freeze and it gets no further, I left it for 5 mins to see if it would load but nothing Sad

I'm really hoping someone can help me or is it just incase of waiting for a fix for the toddler stuff pack?

Hi there,
did you download and install all the DLC's in order? And I mean all of them? Did you by any chance download and install the Update only ultimate Fix on top of those? DONT EVER INSTALL THE UPDATE ONLY ULTIMATE FIX. It deletes all your DLC's and reverts your game to base Game only.
Did you follow all the instructions as described here?

Hi there,

Try running the game with a fresh Sims 4 folder in Documents. Simply rename it to Sims4backup and then run the game again.

Thanks, I tried the 2nd option and I managed to get in...the only problem now is the loading screen when trying to move a family in? It seems to be taking forever?
