Zlorigin Error 196610:0

Nearly every time I try to update my games through zlorigin (both my legitimate games (Mass Effect and Sims 2 Ultimate Collection, which get automatically queued for updates every time I open zlorigin) and my pirated ones (Sims 4)), I get an error message saying "An unexpected error has occurred.  Please try again in a few moments.  Error: 196610:0", a screenshot of which I've attached.  So far I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling zlorigin, clearing zlorigin's cache, running ccleaner after uninstalling zlorigin, and rebooting my computer.  I did have origin installed on my computer until recently, but I uninstalled it before installing zlorigin for the first time.  Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
