Error loading up ZLorigin

Not sure if this is the right place or not, but i tried loading up zorigin to play today and I keep getting this error https://imgur.com/j0xOmKo
I have tried reinstalling zorigin multiple times but to no avail, any ideas? I also tried adding it to me "safelist" on windows defender, also not sure if i did it properly.

Are you trying to play Sims 4 (downloaded from Games4theworld) in Origin?

As I can see from your picture, you opened Origin twice, so quite logical you get this error on the 2nd opening.
When you use ZClient/ZLOrigin make sure:
* The real Origin is not running
* Zclient is not running in more instances (check taskbar on the ^-sign and in the window vor various Z-icons)
* ZLOrigin is opened only once.
