toddler expansion not showing

hello.
thx for the game sims 4  
. but i have little problem/ question .
i'm already download sims 4 base + g t work + get together + city living and the last i donwnload toddler vampire
after that i install it corectly with guide but i stop in step number 6.
after that i'm try to play. and game run perfectly .
my problem is ...when i try play as toddler it will skip or auto aging
from baby (normal)> toddler (only few sec) than auto aging to > child (normal).
then i realize on my home menu sims (home that u chose to load  or play new game)
i havent toddler expansion i only have city living, get together and g t work expanssion pack but in the bottom i have kidroom stuff .
can u help my prob?

Hi @kanekikun277 (tokyo ghoul?) and welcome to the forum! 

Technically we do not have a Toddler expansion, but rather Toddler's Stuff pack. You should have the Vampire DLC if it had been installed correctly. Also, you should have experienced an endless loading screen as well, if you did not update to Parenthood.

Could you perhaps upload a screenshot of your Sims 4 folder? Also, if you have any mods/CCs, I'd suggest moving them out and see if the sim aged up to Toddler properly.

Hi @kanekikun277 ,

Did you find the conflicting mod? Also, are there any other in-game problems after that?
