Can't exclude zclient. [SOLVED] Empty Can't exclude zclient. [SOLVED]

Post by Guest Sat 04 Nov 2017, 14:50

My friend has been playing Sims through Zclient and Zlorigin and it has been going fine, but since the last update (i think!) her Windows defender keeps seeing a trojan horse in Zclient. She has tried to exclude it but somehow windows defender wont allow her to do it. She has windows 10, does anyone have an idea to fix this ?

Hey,
Windows Defender is a really clingy software for trojans. You have to exclude the FOLDER, and when the trojan comes up exclude that folder.
Please post anything related to this thread, here and don't open a new topic until it's completely fixed.

If you have any other issues open a new topic, cheers.

Do not include Zclient in the controlled folder access of the virus protection.
Better, just switch off that section of Windows Defender.
