Run game as administrator error

Hi,

I am a big fan of your downloads .  I just downloaded the sims dogs and cat today and I am currently having an issue. i installed the new expansion as i usually do. However i get the message "Run the game as administrator if it is the first time you start it. Always make sure Origin client is not running."

I have try to run as administrator however the messages keeps popping up. My origin is not running as well. I have try to run the TS4x64, the game starts however it is in Spanish and i do not have my saved games

Hi there,

No worries if the game started up in Spanish. The game will actually create a Los Sims 4 folder for your, and that's why your saves are not there. Try going to Game\Bin and open up RldOrigin.ini and change the language to en_US. Run the game as administrator again for the change to take effect.

My language is already on US.

I usually use the TS4 file and never had used the TS4x64.

I try what you suggested however I still cant use my game.

Delete your current folder Game from your install folder.
The copy/paste the folder Game from your download for Cats & Dogs to the install folder.

I only have my game folder from cats and dog download in my file. I already removed the game file as instructed in the installation guide.
