Sims 4 Doesn't Even *Open* in the First Place. No error messages, nothing, just doesn't open.
Hello, I recently installed all the DLCs so far onto the Sims 4, but it doesn't open at all. The application has a dot underneath it to indicate that it is open, but there are no open windows, not in any other virtual desktops either. It looks something like this:
I also cannot quit it normally, so I always manually force quit it.
When I try to test run it in Wineskin, I get an error message like this:
I don't understand it so I just tried any possible methods to get it to work, such as updating Wineskin Winery, even though it was most likely updated already beforehand.
However, I think there may be a reason why it's not opening - I updated my Mac to the beta version of macOS High Sierra (the latest macOS, not macOS Sierra).
Is it possible that that is the reason why my app can't open? If so, what can I do? If I can't do anything, will there be a fix in the future for this macOS update? Thanks a lot for any help!

Mine won't start neither. And I have Windows. Just did a format, installed everything and won't even open a window or show me some error. Literally nothing ._.

Yes, it's because you updated to High Sierra.
To fix this, uncheck "autodetect GPU" in the wine app, also run the winetricks "videomemorysize" settings to select the amount of vram near the one of your GPU.
Good luck!
