DLC'S not working after reinstalling update fix

Hello! I have a huge problem. I kept playing sims4 with all dlcs ( w/o cats and dogs )- that worked perfectly- and the quest with pregnancy in hospital failed ( i read that if the pregnant woman isn't appearing it's the bug with files and i should reinstall game). So i reinstalled last update fix (1-33-38-1020), opened the game and it tells me that i have no dlc's! I uninstalled everything and installed again, step by step- even cleaned Documents folder... and it's still the same. Please help me cause i have no idea what to do!

When you still have the download for Cats & Dogs, re-apply it.
