Sims 3 QUESTIONS

Hi, I don't know the right post to post this question. This is about Sims 3 which I got from the games4theworld official website. I downloaded it and played yesterday. Now, I am sending my sim to university. Just about the 90 percent-ish mark on the loading bar, the game crashes and it closes, giving me a notif that the game stopped working. 

I tried to do "EDIT TOWN" then, edit the sims university world, it loads fine. I mean I can see the world and the lots.

Please help.

P.S I haven't tried other features like travelling to other worlds. This is the first issue I've encountered.

Hey guys! How do I unlock the items that costs sim points?

I found these file that is named "8000SimpointBundle1117Set.Sims3Pack" which is included in the downloaded game.

So in-game, whenever I clicked the item, then Buy Now it shows the box of which requires me to logged in..

From what I remember, you're supposed to download the store stuff, double click to install into the sims 3, or if that doesn't work deposit them into your mode folder (search around for a framework folder).

Edit: You are actually posting in the wrong section. This place is for game discussion. There is a forum called "The sims 3 Download issues" and "The sims 3 In-Game Issues" so from now on, to help us out could you please post in the right section? It's an easy mistake to make, though.
