Sims 3 error.[SOLVED]

I installed the game sims 3 and al the expansion
Now i start the game its gives a black screen and when i press start is give a error how can i fix this?
Error: 0x024e4f

Is it the latest fix, and is your game up to date? You can find out like this:

only when i check it it says its version 0.0.0.0

Hmm it looks like something is wrong with your base game installation. The icon doesn't light up. I think you may have to reinstall everything.

Ik wil het wel proberen, maar ik heb geen ervaring in het gebruik van teamviewer. Maar goed, voor alles is een eerste keer. Ik zal even aanloggen in de chatbox, dan bespreken we het.
