Never ending loading with CC on

I have had experience with the whole game folder ordeal as I have been using the G4TW Sims 4 crack since City Living came out. I have never had a problem with my downloads, but Cats & Dogs has been a hassle. 

I can load into the lot without a problem once I turn off my CC, no bugs or issues whatsoever. 

However, when I turn on my CC, I get a never ending loading screen once I try to load in a lot. I've tried some of the fixes on the forum already - redownload the whole game, use the Sims 4 Studio to batch fix all my CC, fiddle with the game folders again and again. 

This is really frustrating to me. I more than likely will stop playing the Sims 4 altogether if I can't use CC because it is what I get the most enjoyment out of. I would really appreciate help.

It is actually most probably due to some corrupt mods. remove all script mods first and check out the game again.
After that grab sims4studio, install it and run the program
