Please Help...Sorry if done before

i downloaded the Sims 4 and all the packs, followed every step and wouldnt load....Tried fixes like deleting files ect but the game insists on opening origins then telling me origins need to be running to play?  I got the game working at first but when i pressed play it would shut down with "Unknown Error"

Starting to lose hope now, ive applied the latest patch too??

Please help

The Forum had been closed for a little while, and we are just slowly getting back on track. You must make sure that your anti-virus programs and/or Windows Defender do not interfere with the installation of TS4. By means of adding the install folder to the 'exclusions'.

After doing so, re-apply the latest patch, and try the game again. Good luck!
