Recommended Gameplay Mods

Greetings,
I just installed The Sims 4 and all of its EPs, GPs and SPs. What kinds of mods do you guys use to enhance the gameplay? Are there any popular ones like The Sims 2 MATY hacks or The Sims 3 Twallan mods? Thank you and forgive me if I posted it in the wrong topic.

I don't use any mods whatsoever. The only thing I found hard about the gameplay is the camera though.  You can also choose Sims 3 camera in settings if you find it hard to control.
