In case you did not know already, here is the official source keeping track of changes in The Sims 4, as new patches are released.

Note of course, that in actuality there may be more bugs than stated on the site. Be sure to always check your mods/CC after every new update, as they may be the source of your (in-game) problems that you are experiencing. If needed, at least try removing them temporarily.
