Ultimate fix, didnt fix it. [SOLVED]

Hi, Have to start by saying, I love all of you and your hard work. I have all of the Sims 3 Expansions, thanks to you, and you only. lol. Now.
I got hooked with a base game. So I'm wondering if there in lies my little problem. I have just installed Master Suite, used the crack, this after using the Ultimate fix AND the manual update I found here. Now, when downloading from the Exchange, OR trying to start the game, I get a totally new error: "It looks you installed an unofficial game modification that does not match your current version of the sims 3.."
It recommends uninstalling and reinstalling, or updates, but I have NO idea what it is, let alone Where it is. I looked here, I'm positive the answer is already here on your site, but I didnt see it. I apologize in advance for asking a question I'm sure you've answered at least a dozen times, but... can you help me?

PS... I've also converted my husband, but her like first person shooters, instead. Figures right? Thanks in advance!

I tried the ultimate fix again, still telling me same thing. grrr... help?

ok. now I know I seriously need something here. I totally dumped and then reinstalled ALL of it. I followed the instructions on the 'how to correctly install..." and it still tells me I have an unofficial mod. and it wont let me play.

never mind, I reinstalled the original cracks from the origional files and all is well. including master suite. Thanks!

Good to hear you managed to fix your game. I do want to leave you with a few thoughts before closing this topic.
The unofficial game modification you got, suggests that your crack and game were incompatible, usually caused by either the master suite stuff crack on a base game version 1.29, or the crack from the fix on an older game version.
But you managed to fix your game, so it doesn't matter, but its something to keep in mind if you run into this kind of problem again. Don't hesitate to let us know if you need anything.
