Help with restaurants

Hi.
I tried to buy a restaurant in the game but it does not work. Even when it does i cant manage anything, when i go the the lot i cant manage the employees or mofidy ainything on the lot. I dont have access to the household's funds. I disabled my mods and even deleted some of them but still nothing works. I didnt used the ultimate fix. I installed cats and dogs and the laundry stuff pack yesterday.

Please help.
