Screen zoomed in when creating a sim Empty Screen zoomed in when creating a sim

Hi!
I've installed Sims 4 accourding to the instructions and when creating a sim I only see the feet of the sim and the rest is outside of my screen. If i just go to the world I see everything.

Any ideas of what it can be?
