Can't extract .rar files.

Hey !
I can't extract the RAR files even if i've just downloaded the latest version of StuffIt Expander.
There's a message : "Expansion failed - The structure of the archive is damaged"
(The Sims 3 - The Complete Collection. rar is 27,98 Go)
Any help please ?
extract the .RAR file. You MUST use StuffIt Expander
