Hello,
You can always find the latest procedure here:

The post gets updated whenever a new DLC comes out. But in general, you simply copy/paste DLC files over your existing installation of The Sims 4, and then you are good to go.

Or let ZLOrigin install all the DLC's and place the latest crack/Game folder from G4TW to play off-line
