Llamas Everywhere!

I downloaded the sims 4 with all the dlc and i followed the direction word by word, but when i get into the game there is llamas everyone on my screen and the game is also unplayable, and also all of my sims are messed up

Usually this problem can be solved by deleting the existing folder Game from the install folder.
Replace with the latest Game folder from
