Sharing Lots

Greetings,

I'd like to share some of the lots I've made to Sims fansite like ModTheSims or SimsAsylum but before that, I'd like to know, will RLD be shown as creator's name in someone else's game?

I think it will indeed show "RLD", unless you applied the method here:

Does it still work with CODEX version? Since My First Pet Stuff, the installation guide told to delete all RLDOrigin files.

Here's one of the lots that I'd like to share. It's residential one and does not require any EP/GP/SP. I would love anyone to test it and let me know what the creator name is.

It says "RLD!". Depending on when you saved/created the item, it's going to show the name of the group that cracked thee game.

Now it's just going to say "CODEX", I guess.

Oh well, will the tutorial you gave earlier apply to Codex version as well?

I believe so, though I myself have not tested it yet. In principle, the same steps should apply. And you would need to edit the OrangeEmu.dll and OrangeEmu_x64.dll.

Don't forget to make backups of these two files, before editing them in a hex editor!
