Lots Missing Content, Specially Community Lots Bug

For those of you that are still suffering from the " Incomplete " bug for lots. Most of the time, everything is there, is just that the game is not reading it. When this happens in residential lots, you may enter the lot in Build buy mod from the World Map. delete the item that is supposedly missing and place it again and save the lot. However, for community lots it may just take to open the lot in Build Buy mod from the World Map and then save, for the problem to be resolved. You may also delete the missing item, place it again and save. This method had been confirmed working 90% of time. In this way you will be able to complete your Sims  game that utilize Vet clinics, restaurants, etc. until EA fixes the bug that has been around since the University EP.
