the sims 4 has stop working,, please help

hai..
first sorry my bad english, i'm not very good in english, but i hope u can understand what i mean..

so, i already follow step by step perfectly from 'how to install the sims 4 correctly'
but i have a problems, after i finish create my sims, so i go to world to move my sims to the lot, i pick empty lot and after that i move my sims to that lot.
and i want to build a house i that lot, but i can't come in to that lot
because suddenly this error come, please take a look below



 everytime i want to enter that lot which i buy for my sims, my games suddenly crashes and stop working
can anyone help me?

FYI, i install from base game until jungle adventure

yes, i play on macbook pro
but i have and install windows 7 parallels, so i can install all the sims 4 in that windows 7 parallels

please help, i want to play the sims 4... 

All I can suggest for the moment is to re-copy the Game folder from your latest DLC download.
