Game won't work with the EP04 folder - HELP T-T

Okay, so i'm really desperate right now.
I search every answers to my questions on the forum, did everything that was told before opening the new topic, but i still can't make it worked !

When i play the game without the EP04 (Cats and Dogs) folder, it work, but when i put it in my C:/Program/The sims 4 folder, where i've always put my Sims 4 game and where everything is and work fine, it says :

"Cannot start because game data is damaged or missing. Try reinstalling or repair via Origin"

The thing is : IT'S THE FIFTH TIME I reinstall that damn folder, because it says that to me every time, and i spent three days downloading the "All in one".iso folder, and it still won't work....

Everything is installed in the right order, i put my folder out of my virus-thing, Origin is not running, and it... Just. Don't work. 
And as I said, i read every post about "how to not have this problem anymore", but it's still here, so sorry for opening a new topic  

I thought that maybe i'll have the right answer if i do this 

First of all try this:

1. Switch off your Anti-virus program
2. Right-clcik on the downloaded .iso of the all-in-one
3. Mount it in Poweriso or Daemon or when you have Windows 10 simply select Open with ... Windows Explorer.
4. Open folder Game ->Bin
5. Start the Game with either TS4.exe or TS4_x64.exe

So no installation, no copy/paste !, Play directly from the .iso.
