The game crashes when I want to put the sim in the world

Hi! I have a some problem with the game. I created the sim and I wanted to keep it and put it in the world, and just kicked me out of the game. I deleted the entire The Sims 4 folder, which is in Documents / Electronic Arts /. And all the same. Deleted Game folder, replaced with new from update.
I still can not play the game. It's crashing again. Pls help me!
