Forgotten Hollow and San Myshuno won't load

I can't move sims into Forgotten Hollow or San Myshuno because the city doesn't load. I can visit the festivals fine, but the cities just will not show up when I click them, when moving sims or using manage worlds.

I have the same issue (I think).
When trying to load into Forgotten Hollow or San Myshuno it just stays blank until I close the game. Every other DLC world works fine.
I wrote a post about it a couple months back but I got no response.
On the post https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t33037-worlds-won-t-load-or-show-after-new-update-fixed?highlight=Worlds+dont+work# they said they fixed it by "installing the previous updates" but I don't know what they mean.
If you are having a different problem I will delete this post so let me know.

I'm currently having the same problem and have no idea how to fix it but it only started happening after I updated it with the jungle pack and my first pet pack :{ would love to know how to fix it
