Base Game only showing.

Hello there everyone!

  This is my first post and I wish it were a thank you as I am very grateful for the downloads however....
Unfortunately, I am having issues with even getting the base game to install correctly. I have installed the game from the ground up on two different systems now so you would think I'd know what I'm doing but no. haha

So the issue I am having is that when I install the game the way the install doc. tells me to none of the DLC shows. Usually, I would have to click through some notifications of the deluxe and whatever else it is that comes with the base download but there is not even that. So at first, I thought okay weird let's just continue installing and see from there. None of the installed games showed either. Just the bare minimum base game. I stayed up until 3 am trying to fix this to no avail. 

To make this easier I'll list the things I've done so far to troubleshoot:

I've deleted the Gamer Version in doc.
tried it after I moved The Sims 4 folder directly under the Program Files(86)   
Tried to run it from the TS4 game launch in the bin
Of course, uninstalled and reinstalled
I've even tried to unzip the setup files
Granting full control to the folders in bin and the sims 4 folder

The thing is that I had it working before on this very computer but after using TeamViewer to set it up on a different computer I've run into this issue. 

I am at my wits ends on how to fix it and I've searched the post to see if anyone had any similar complaints to no success. 

Please, I beg you help me. I hope it is a very simple glitch that can be solved easily.

It looks like you've applied the fix for "base game only".
Delete the previous installation and re-install all DLC's or apply the all-in version

It gets updated whenever there is a new update. Since you (most likely) need to start afresh, in your case an "all-in-one" should be easier to use indeed. Assuming you want all updates & DLC of course.

But my knowledge of the Russian language is not what it used to be. (Looks like the page is blocked)
The "mirror" leads to the torrents indeed. Why not number these torrents in the order of installation, like 1. Base game, 2. Get to Work, 3.Get Together aso.?

It's not that I wish to push my alternative manual, it's just that I do not see the reason why forcing people to hop from one site to another.
The "Must read guide" should contain all links to the downloads (at least in my point of view)
Especially now the "old downloadsite" can no longer be updated.
It's only a suggestion don't see it as "negative critic"

See the e-mail I wrote, first off.

As for the announcement, there is also a MediaFire link in English. But the cloud.mail.ru still works fine on my end. I originally had a MEGA link on there, but it was quickly reported. So I used that Russian service partly with the intention to make it slightly more difficult for our American 'opponents' and their European slaves/lackeys. 

I briefly even had a Pan-Baidu link there (Chinese!), but they are making it too difficult because their interface is awkward to navigate through. In case of cloud.mail.ru, even if you don't speak Russian at all, you can simply click through these folders, and when you eventually get to the actual .torrent files, simply double-click on the torrents. But Pan-Baidu is just too weird to use in my opinion - feel free to try it yourself HERE if you are interested, but I don't think that outside of China, it will be that helpful. The standard cloud size is 6GB, and they encourage users to use this extra program to be able to download faster. At least on G4TW I don't think that the service is suitable, for our purposes.

I will add more mirrors to the announcement. As for the TS4 Must-Read guide, maybe I will make some amendments on there as well, we'll see.
