Multiplayer mod

Hi so I saw about this sims4 multiplayer mod where they can chat with other simmers will it work with the reloaded/pirated game?

I've copied the instructions which are scattered all over various Discord-pages, and while I didn't have the opportunity so far to test it..just by reading the instructions I don't really see why the mod "should" only work for Origin games. You have to create/host a custom server, but for that you do NOT need Origin. A.k.a. there is a decent chance you can make it work with cracked Sims 4 games. I believe another user confirmed it earlier:

What you have to keep in mind however, is that the person you play with has a game on the same patch level, and the same DLCs as you.
