Detective career - can't get assignment Empty Detective career - can't get assignment

Hi!
So I have a problem with detective career, I can't get assignment. I didn't redecorate station, I tried replacing map and computers as I found on other sites as suggestion but still it doesn't work. Does it happen to anybody else?
