Copyright Infringement
This is the second time i've gotten an email from my internet provider about an alleged infringement when I try to torrent the Sims. Is anyone having this issue? Should I be concern? Is there a way I can prevent this?

You can prevent it by torrenting through VPN. Or just use direct links.

I'll try using a VPN, I've been hearing about those, but I never know how to start or fully get it. Thanks

You will need to use a VPN that actually supports torrenting activities, and these usually cost some money. See the suggestions in the topic here.
