Some mods arent showing up in game and some does

Hello there, first of all my sims 3 is 1.67, in my sims mods folder i have 203 mods however when i open the game it shows just 6 why is that happening?

Only mods that have an impact on (changes) how the game performs will show up in that list, i.e. interaction mods, default replacement mods, etc. Other mods that add subtle features to the game will not show up in the list, nor will .package format CC.

All of those mods used to show up when i played the game 4 years ago.

The 1.67 patch limited the listing to only those mods that change game behavior/mechanics, which I'm thankful for with all the mods I tend to use. If there is a mod that your sure should be showing up you can check the mods folder to see if the game disabled it (i.e. mod_name.package.disabled). The mods should be working if not labeled as .disabled, you can verify they're working by getting your sims to perform an action that the mod(s) effects.
