Missing interactions even with newest patch (1.44.83.1020)

Pretty much all in the title. Just downloaded and finished installing about an hour ago and I'm unable to interact with a small number of objects. The 2 I've noticed (after only a few minutes of actual play) are a computer and a refrigerator. I've tried selling an replacing the 2 objects which (as expected) changed nothing. I've got no idea why this won't work considering everything else in the house is working properly.

It appears I'm missing a ton of things, but no clue what this means. If anyone can tell me what to do to fix this I'd greatly appreciate it.

Do you still have .rar files downloaded from G4TW? If you do, apply Seasons and then Update 1.44.83.1020, delete "Game_" folder and run validator again.
