Forgive me for asking, but is there a patch in the works for Sims 4? I have the latest version (1.51.77.1020) and was wondering about the latest patch EA put out (1.52.100.1020). Is that with Island Living or not? I don't want to dl Island if the patch isn't included with it.

Those G4TW repacks typically contain the general game update/new patch version, plus the new DLC files. So yes, in the link that anadius posted you will find said G4TW repack, which includes "Island Living" and the 1.52.100.1020 general update.

Also, the way you phrased that statement (that I highlighted), does not reflect the situation in reality. New DLCs generally require the new patch as well, to be installed. So you could not have Island Living anyhow, without also installing that 1.52.100.1020 patch.

Alright then, but G4TW does not offer such patches. But anadius offers something along those lines here:
