my Sims Crashes

i have recently downloaded the sims 4 from your side, i have followed every step without missing one. but when i start my game it does go but as soon as i want to save my family and exit Creat a sim it begins to load then it freezes and then my screen wil turn black and it stops working. and the thing is it doesn't show any message. 

can some one please help me to fix this problem I'm trying to play for the past 3 days and i tried everything even remove my mod folder and i have installed the update but it still doesn't work. 

Pleasee i want to play my game   anyone???????

Do you have 32-bit windows?

yes.. i have 32 bit windows..

Then you have to disable Cats & Dogs and all DLCs released after that since their minimal requirement is 64-bit system. You can do it easily with my DLC toggler.

okay thank you very very much. i wanted to play cads and dog very badly but i will play the other ones for now thanx:D
