Sims 3 crashes.

Sims 3 crashes. Empty Sims 3 crashes.

I tried everything. I installed the sims 3 in order, updated it to 1.47 and applied the crack, it would still crash to the desktop. It randomly crashes.

I noticed something, while I was in the Shop Mode (F2), I tried to check every item and noticed that it has the same name. If I go to Live Mode, it would crash.

Are you using any mods or cc?

Does it just crash when you're changing from buy mode to live mode?

No mods. Just the neighbor worlds I downloaded here.

Not just when I go to Shop mode to Live mode, but randomly.

When I was on Buy Mode, I clicked a bed, then chose another bed, I noticed that they have the same name. I knew it was some bug. Then when I go to Live mode, the game would crash.
